Center for Khmer Studies Inc (CKS) is a non-governmental institution supported by international foundations, educational institutions, scholars, the US department of education, and interested individuals and philanthropists from the US, France, and Cambodia.

Information You Provide on Contact or Subscription forms

If you submit a form on our website, we store any personal information you share through the form, such as your name, email address, or phone number if provided when subscribing to a newsletter. We use this information to reply and communicate with you. We provide a method to opt-out of future communication lists in our email newsletters.

Cookies

When you interact with our website, we automatically record information in our server logs which may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and other information related to your visit on the site. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data

We take efforts to protect the privacy of any personal information we hold, however we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized use or access, system failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
